TRAINING – POST DEPLOYMENT

1. ON JOB/POST TRAINING(individual training) DAILY

Conducted by Post Manager/Team leader of each shift and converse the essential duties and day happening and any instructions.

2. Collective Training

(Collective Training Once in a fortnight conducted by Operations Manager and or Training Officer and covers)

  • Code of Conduct and Behaviour
  • Visitors, Vendors and key Management
  • Fire Drills
  • Emergency Procedures
  • *Evacuation
  • *Bomb Threat
  • *Hoax Calls
  • *First Aid

3. Fire Evacuation/Fire Fighting

(Conducted once a month)

  • Lecture & demonstration by Branch manager/ Training Office.
  • Training report submitted with every training session.

(Conducted to at random to check and audit procedures and process as mentioned below )

  • * Trying to enter premises with different/duplicate ID cards.
  • * Materials Movement without proper papers.
  • * Testing response for Emergency Procedures.
